I didn't receive the verification email. What should I do?
First, please check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, ensure you entered the correct email address. You can request a new verification email from within the app.
How do I reset my password?
Open the Ellaword app and tap “Forgot password?” on the login screen. We’ll send you a link to reset your password.
What happens if I miss a day?
You earn a streak freeze for every 7 days in a row (you can hold up to 2). If you miss a day and hold a freeze, it keeps your streak going automatically; the frozen day does not add to the count. Without a freeze, the streak starts again from zero. A streak day counts when you reach your daily goal.
Is Ellaword free?
Ellaword is preparing for launch with free and Premium options. Pricing and plan allowances will be shown in the app when it becomes available.
